New Football & Legal Members of the FAI Disciplinary Pool
The Football Association of Ireland are seeking to recruit football representatives and legal
representatives (qualified solicitor or barrister) to join our disciplinary pool on a voluntary basis.
Description of the Role:
Disciplinary committees are selected from our disciplinary pool and are responsible for hearing alleged
breaches of the Disciplinary Regulations contained within the FAI Handbook. Where necessary, an
Appeal Committee shall be drawn from the Disciplinary Pool.
Disciplinary hearings take place at least once a week during the League of Ireland season (February –
November) and on occasion during the off-season. Disciplinary hearings are confidential and heard
remotely but may be heard in person where required.
