Eve is a contracted IRFU player that has represented Ireland in 7s and 15s for the past 8 years. She played at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and recently played at the 2025 Women's Rugby World Cup in England.

Eve studied at UCD from 2017-2023 and has an Undergraduate Degree in History and Sociology and a MSc in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
