Andrew is a 15 Time Grade 1 winning Jockey turned Trainer.

Having started out in the amateur ranks while studying Maths at UL, Andrew went on to lead a successful career as a National Hunt jockey where he enjoyed ten years at the top level. He enjoyed success in some of the biggest races including the Cheltenham Champion Chase, The Irish Gold Cup, Irish Champion Hurdle and the Irish Grand National with wins including on Beef or Salmon, Sizing Europe, Tranquill Sea and Newmill.

Andrew has also taken an interest in exercise, physiology and nutrition, studying both humans and equines in his spare time. Since becoming a trainer Andrew has been in the winner’s enclosure both over jumps and on the level, with Graded success coming through the stable favourites Val De Ferbet, I’m A Game Changer and Enjoy The Dream.
